The shipping address entered in checkout must be a valid address. If we are unable to verify your address, this may cause a delay in your shipping. Please make sure to double check!

* All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of importation. AsianBobaGirl is not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty, or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Most orders ship out next business day! But to be safe, please give us up to a week to produce, process, and ship out your order. If you need your order sooner than later, please email us at shopasianbobagirl@gmail.com and we will work out a solution!

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our handmade products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final and we reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

If your tracking information is marked ‘delivered’ and you still have not received your package, please contact USPS with your tracking information. If it has been verified that it has been delivered, please check with a neighbor or building manager. If the item is still lost, a claim will need to be filed with USPS. AsianBobaGirl will not be responsible for lost items that are marked ‘delivered’.

Every order leaves our studio carefully packaged and sealed, and the carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. If you notice upon delivery that the candles are damaged, do not accept the package from the carrier. Otherwise please take photos of the box / packaging and damaged goods so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Notify us within 3 days of delivery and send us the photos. Upon review of the photos, we will replace the damaged items.
