Candle Safety

ABG Candle Best Practices

Only burn your candle 2-3 hours at a time.

Do not leave candle unattended while burning. Keep candle away from anything flammable.

Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Discontinue use if there are any cracks in the glass.

Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish candle.

During the initial burn, wait for the candle to melt all the way to edges to maximize the candle fragrance.

Do not touch or move a burning candle. Never move the container when the wax is liquified.

Be cautious when picking up the candle. Glass can be hot to touch and the wax may still be melted.

Discontinue candle use when only 1/4" of wax remains. Never use water to extinguish a candle.
